交换大学：中国文化大学
简介：
中国文化大学是一所位于台北市士林区阳明山的私立大学，创建于1962年，原名远东大学，后改为中国文化学院，1980年改为中国文化大学。文大目前是台湾省实体藏书最多的私立大学， 也是海拔第三高的综合大学，在暨南国际大学、华梵大学成立前，以海拔高度而言曾有最高学府之称。董事长为创办人张其昀之子张镜湖。
心灵之旅
在我选择去台湾那段时间，有一句话在网络上广为流传，叫做：人生需要一场说走就走的旅行。我想，或许这一次台湾行，我也是如此。这是一场意料之外的旅行，我去邂逅了另一个自己。
台湾的生活很好，很精彩，来台湾的这一趟很值得。但更值得的是，我知道我回家后，我的生活能依旧精彩，因为我怀念过所以不会再忽略。
来了台湾，才知道自己原本抱怨的生活中有那么多美好的瞬间。这几个月，我作为一个旁观者，看着我的家人我的挚友我的同学在我原本一直过着的环境中过着日子。也正是因为这样，我第一次深刻体会到真的是旁观者清。因为我在海的另一头生活的将近四个月，我才看到听到感受到，我以前十多麻木才忽略了那么多。
多出来走走，学到的领悟到的也就自己从外面走进了心里。以前自以为缺失的，其实一直都在。我想起初中时第一次看到的那句话：世界很美好，知识缺少发现美的眼睛。
I embarked on the journey, turning off my phone for the first time, well, probably ever. I would travel all over Taiwan , with a family basically unknown to me.
It wasn’t until half a year after I returned that I wished I had spent more time living in the moment while experiencing the greatest adventure of my life. I was not comfortable enough in my own skin to truly be present in the magical moments presenting themselves in a foreign place.
The truth was that I didn’t have the hobbies I have now. The trip did help me grow. And I regret that I could not simply enjoy the moments in the past, instead of wanting thousands of others to see I was enjoying them.I discovered that if I wanted to be happy, it would be my own doing. Happiness is an interior process and comes without validation from others.
This is something that is a lesson to be relearned each day.
